Phil is an interesting fellow.I've briefly spoken with him on a number of occations. nothing in particular. At least I'm getting a bases of some relationship with him. Plus, having Julie on my side should make it all the easier to get on his good side. he's not too active, but with Julie and Farrah from ther original Slytherin, he doesn't have to worry too much.
